Can I refund/return or exchange the purchase items?
All products purchased from our website cannot be returned or refunded.
What happen if the order I received is defective or damaged?
The merchant can only allow exchange of goods if they are defective or damaged. If you have received any defective or damaged goods, you should promptly contact the merchant directly with details of the product and the defect within 3 days of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange on defective items, your item must be unused and in the same original packaging when you received the items.
Pre-owned/Pre-loved items and Downloadable products and services are non exchangeable.
To complete your exchange of goods, you will need to present your proof of purchase to the merchant.
