How do I order from www.letsbuy.com.bn?
You must register an account with letsbuy.com.bn to start shopping.

Browse or Choose from the Product category or enter the product you are looking for on the Search bar for a particular product from the Homepage

Once you choose your product, you can either "add to cart" and continue shopping or choose to "buy now".

At the shopping cart page, you may choose your delivery option and confirm your order details including the payment amount before proceeding to submit your order.

Once your order is submitted, choose the payment method via Debit/Credit Card or bank transfer and click on submit to proceed.

Fill in your payment details and submit your order and payment confirmation. Your order will be received by Letsbuy immediately and you will receive an order confirmation via email.

How do I check on the status of my order?
Order Acknowledgement will be sent via email when:
Your order is received.
Your order is being processed.
Your order is delivered.
You can also view the status of your order by logging into your account and click on "My Order".

Can I cancel or amend my order?
The order cannot be cancelled or amended once it is submitted.

What if I have not received my order?
Once your order has been processed and delivered, an email containing the confirmation order will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive any acknowledgement email within 1 to 3 days from your order date, please check your spam filter or simply go to "My Account" page to check your order status.

What if I have received an incorrect item. What do I do?
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us via email helpdesk@letsbuy.com.bn within 3 working days. We do not accept incorrect returned items if the items have been used, or damaged. Your item must be returned in good original condition with original packing when you have received.
