Where can deliver to?
We provide delivery to all 4 districts in Brunei i.e. Brunei-Muara, Tutong, Belait and Temburong.

Do I get notified once the order is delivered?
You will receive an email notification when your order is being process for delivery or pick up.

How long does delivery take?
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. Delivery time is estimated and commence from the date of the delivery.

Will I be charged for the delivery?
All delivery will be charged at individual Merchant discretion.

Can I check the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, go to "My Order" (you will be prompted to log in if you have not logged in before) where you will see all the products you have purchased. Select the items and you will be routed to the order history page and you can view the status of your order.

If I order several items, will they be delivered at the same time?
As long as all your items are with the same merchant, grouped delivery will automatically be applied at the checkout under the same order ID.

How can I change my delivery address?
You can update your delivery address prior to delivery in my "My Account and My Order".

What do I need to bring to the Merchant Store, if I choose to Self Pick Up at Merchant Store?
When your order is ready to be collected, you need to bring:
1. Your Identification Card
2. Present screenshot of your purchase/order receipt as proof of your purchased.
